Alison French, Alto Solutions Managing Director, has partnered with artist Sarah Guthrie in 2024 to launch “Own Your Journey: Reclaim Your Joy,” a workshop that helps individuals and teams find more joy in their lives. The first half leads participants through a reflective process to reframe tough moments and find the surprising joys they brought. In the second half, we play with a creative approach to brainstorming to develop Joy Practices that can be applied to life and work immediately. The most recent public workshop was held November 14, 2024. One participant said, “I am so thankful that this has been brought into the world – it is so needed and valued.”
